Richie approaches his work as a film producer with the same dedication and care as he would in ministry at a local church, navigating diverse personalities, perspectives, backgrounds, and emotions. His goal is to create a film set that is both enjoyable and efficient, all while reflecting and honoring Christ throughout the production process.

With a strong background in project management and client relations, Bethany transitioned to the film industry in the fall of 2022. She now oversees all of our productions, ensuring that every project runs smoothly and efficiently. Outside of work, Bethany is a devoted dog mom to two adorable corgis, Esther & Melchizedek.
